I try most of the time to have a good breakfast, but sometimes i fail and sometimes i succeed, here are some of the success pics.
Some tips for good breakfast
1. As soon as you wake up - first thing you should do is put some fruits or vegetables in the mixi and make juice
2. Once you are clean - grab a glass of juice and start the day.
3. If you are going for a jogging, just drink a glass of water and start out of the house.
4. If doing yoga \, first drink juice and start the yoga
5. Try to have breakfast before 9AM.
