Yeah physical workout is always there on my menu, today i woke up late so i could not go and run in the park as its not good to run in the hot sun.When the sun comes out its hard to jogg in the park, jogging is great in early morning or evenings. I prefer jogging in early morning and evenings only. So whats the alternative - the alternative is yoga, did yoga for 1 hour and cooked food.Thought to take the snaps of what i ate today.

Chapati with ladies finger vegetable, i always use more tomatoes to make it juicy.

I dont know will take the day as it comes.
